If you are approved for services via MyAgedCare, Support at Home, or are an Approved Aged Care provider, we can provide domestic assistance for you and your clients.
Whether it is regular weekly or fortnightly domestic cleaning, general domestic assistance (errands/unassisted shopping), periodical high cleans or spring-cleans, or specialised hoarding cleans, Dells Angels are your go-to provider in Townsville to provide these services.
MyAgedCare Participants
Whether you have been assessed for domestic assistance services under MyAgedCare via a Home Care Package or Support at Home, or Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) we can assist you via an Approved Provider.
To find out which approved providers we have partnered with please contact the office and we can provide you with a list. If your provider is not on the list, we can work with your Provider to register with them.
Our staff are trained in infection prevention and control, PPE & SIRs. All of our staff have NDIS Worker screening checks to ensure they are cleared to work with vulnerable persons.

MyAgedCare Providers
Dells Angels are registered with over 15 of the local of the Aged Care providers in Townsville – and can onboard with your business also.
Our scope of cleaning services include weekly and fortnightly domestic cleans to high cleans, spring cleans and once-offs. We also complete specialised hoarding cleans. We are also fully insured to provide general domestic assistance including unassisted shopping, errands, etc.
Our extensive liability insurance coverage allows us to service large clients with a $20M policy.
Our staff are trained in infection prevention and control, PPE, SIRs and have Vulnerable Persons checks.
We maintain police check records and criminal history stat decs.
