Aged Care / SaH Care Recipients

Dells Angels deliver cleaning and domestic services to aged care clients every day — working alongside Registered Providers.

If you have been approved for services through My Aged Care, Support at Home, Home Care Packages, or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), we can provide domestic cleaning through your approved provider.

We are familiar and experienced with these programs and understand how to deliver services that are compliant, appropriate, and easy to organise for both care recipients and providers.

Our aged care services focus on routine and periodic cleaning and domestic tasks, delivered within a defined scope of work to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented home environment.

Services may include:

  • Routine domestic cleaning (weekly or fortnightly cleaning)

  • General household services, including laundry, errands and unassisted shopping

  • Planned periodic cleaning tasks, delivered progressively across the year

All services are delivered in accordance with Support at Home program requirements, budget frameworks, and provider guidelines, and are limited to cleaning and domestic tasks only.

If you’re unsure who your provider is, or whether we already work with them, our office can assist with identifying your provider and coordinating service setup. If your provider isn’t currently partnered with us, we’re happy to work with them to establish services.

Registered Providers

We work with multiple local Approved Providers, deliveringcleaning and domestic services that are:

  • aligned with current program requirements

  • quick to arrange and schedule

  • delivered with compassion and minimal disruption to clients

To support safe and compliant service delivery:

  • all staff are trained in infection prevention and control, PPE, and SIRS awareness
  • workers hold current Police Checks and NDIS Worker Screening (where required)
  • services are delivered by trained staff experienced in working within residential environments

Dells Angels provides cleaning and domestic services only. Services are limited to task-based cleaning and household activities and do not include personal care, supervision, or support services.
