Our services are delivered within approved NDIS funding categories and are limited to task-based cleaning and domestic activities. Services are structured to be reliable, flexible, and easy to organise within participant plans.
Dells Angels provides cleaning and domestic services only and does not deliver personal care, supervision, or support services.

NDIS Providers
Dells Angels is a registered NDIS provider delivering cleaning and domestic services to participants across Townsville and surrounding areas.
We work with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and NDIS Providers to deliver services that are:
- clearly scoped
- reliable and consistent
- easy to arrange and schedule
Services are delivered using standard household equipment and are limited to cleaning and domestic tasks within approved NDIS funding categories.
To support smooth commencements and ongoing service delivery, we:
- provide Service Agreements
- invoice via the NDIS Portal
- invoice Plan Managers
- invoice directly to self-managed participants where applicable
Prior to commencing services, we arrange a meet and greet to:
- introduce our service
- confirm service scope and preferences
- complete a safety and suitability check of the premises
All Dells Angels staff:
- complete a thorough in-house training program
